The second stage of the pilot project, Diagnostics and Planning, has been completed at NCCP, which is an active participant in the Labour Productivity national project, with the support from RCC of Tatarstan.

The purpose of this stage is to describe the current state of the stream at the start of the project, to identify problems that hinder to work more effectively, to set goals and develop measures to achieve the targets.

The outcome of the Diagnostics and Planning phase was a set of documents, which are required for the next phase of the project, Implementation. After carrying out all the work at the second stage, an understanding comes of the existing situation on the pilot stream and where to move on.

As a reminder, the Labour Productivity national project was approved by the May 2018 Decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin that aims to create the conditions for continuous growth of productivity in the country. For this, a set of governmental support measures has been developed for businesses, which includes financial incentives, expert assistance in optimising production processes, introduction of online services into the digital ecosystem of an enterprise participating in the national project; formation of a movement of innovators with the involvement of WorldSkills experts and infrastructure.
