The OOO Agro-Industrial Company Food Programme has launched a Labour Productivity national project. At the end of February 2021, the company signed an agreement with the Tatarstan’s Regional Competence Centre.

The AIC Food Programme is engaged in dairy cattle breeding and is part of the RM AGRO agro-industrial holding, which was established in 1998. Currently, the holding includes a complex of enterprises engaged in fodder production, cattle breeding, and marketing of dairy and meat products under the RM brand. The company’s operations are based on the principles of environmental friendliness and full quality control of products at all production stages. Technologies based on Israeli herd management systems and feed centre systems are used. The combination of present-day devices and software makes it possible to guarantee the production of natural raw materials of the highest grade.

Tatarstan’s RCC experts will soon begin training the working group and managers of the company in the basics of lean production, project implementation techniques, as well as basic tools (5C, Production Analysis, Mapping, and Standardised Work).

Within the framework of the project, optimisation of the pilot flow is planned at the AIC Food Programme with the application of lean production methods and tools, training and internship of enterprise employees, and formation of a project office.
