According to the results of Q1 2021, the Tatarstan’s Regional Competence Centre in the Field of Labour Productivity (Tatarstan’s RCC) was ranked second in the Russian Rating of Regional Competence Centres, scoring 8.3 points.
Tatarstan’s RCC is the main executor of the Targeted Support to Increase Labour Productivity programme, which is a part of the Labour Productivity national project.
Traditionally, regional competence centres which have been operating for at least 10 months take part in compiling the quarterly rating. Today, these are regional competence centres from 32 constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
To date, 52 enterprises participate in the Labour Productivity national project with the support of Tatarstan’s RCC. This year the Tatarstan’s RCC became the first in Russia to be certified by the Federal Centre of Competences in Labour Productivity.
In 2020, the Process Factory was established and certified; 4 trainers were trained to conduct training at the site. Over 600 people have been trained during its operation.
The Labour Productivity and Employment Support national project was approved by a Decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin in May 2018 and aims to create the conditions for continuous growth of productivity in the country.
