This was announced today by Nail Zalakov, First Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan, at a press conference in Tatar-inform.
Agricultural fairs are traditionally in good demand among townspeople, especially the older generation, and are of great social importance. Citizens will be able to purchase meat, sausage products, draft milk, cheese, butter, eggs, vegetables, honey, sugar, flour, cereals, and other farm products brought from the municipal districts of Tatarstan at prices below market ones.
Agricultural fairs are a very important support measure for farmers and the public, as farmers have an opportunity to sell their products (places for trade are provided free of charge), and the population can buy everything the freshest and most natural at minimal prices, without trading margins.
Traditionally, the executives of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Tatarstan will personally inspect the fairgrounds in Kazan on Saturday.
