On December 1 and 2, 2020, the Made in Uzbekistan business mission will be organised at the Korston Hotel in Kazan. As part of the business mission programme, over 20 events will take place in two days: panel discussions and round tables, presentations of the export potential in Uzbekistan and wide opportunities for investment projects, meetings of Uzbekistani manufacturers with Russian entrepreneurs. For on-site or online participation in the programme, please register on the project website.
Representatives of over 100 export-oriented companies will take part in the business mission: manufacturers of agricultural produce, fur products, footwear, denim and knitwear, household appliances and electronics, equipment for transformer substations, as well as wine companies.
The goals of the Made in Uzbekistan project are to demonstrate the products of Uzbekistani enterprises, enhance the country’s export potential and build long-term cooperation with foreign countries. For two years of its existence, business missions were organised to India, Belarus, Tajikistan, Afghanistan, and Turkmenistan. In Russia, the project was presented for the first time: within its framework, the Green Week has already taken place in Samara, further events are scheduled in Moscow and St. Petersburg. The organiser of Made in Uzbekistan is the Exports Promotion Agency under the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
