The 9th joint meeting of the working group for the development of trade and economic cooperation between petrochemical organisations and enterprises of the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Tatarstan took place via videoconference today.
From the Republic of Belarus, the meeting was chaired by head of the working group, Chairman of the Belneftekhim Concern Andrey Rybakov, while Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan Aleksey Savelchev chaired it from Tatarstan.
The working group meeting was attended by head of the Embassy Branch Office of Belarus in Kazan Oleg Isaev, as well as representatives of the Belneftekhim Concern, Belorusneft, Belshina, Mogilevkhimvolokno, Naftan, and Grodno Azot. Tatarstan was represented by such companies as Tatneft, Tatneft-Neftekhim, KVART, Nizhnekamskneftekhim, and Zeolites of the Volga Region Trading House.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the current state of interaction between the companies, topical issues of bilateral cooperation and promising areas. Representatives of Tatarstan and Belarus expressed their preparedness for further mutually beneficial cooperation in their petrochemical sectors.
