Call for proposals announced for Hi-Tech against COVID-19

The Skolkovo Foundation announces a preliminary competitive selection of pilot projects for the implementation of “end-to-end” digital technologies for developing distance services, diagnostic systems, and health monitoring. The main objective of the contest is to accelerate the support of projects that would be able to make a significant contribution to the fight against the coronavirus infection. Projects should be aimed at overcoming the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Grants for project implementation may be provided to industrial companies and other organisations that intend to implement digital solutions as customers.

Projects should be considered that meet the following criteria:

- A project has the character of a pilot implementation;

- Technology readiness level of a product is from 5 to 8 (TRL or GOST);

- The product is of domestic origin;

- Extrabudgetary funding is available in the amount of at least 20%;

- The product has a proven replication potential.

The contest is open from May 15, 2020. Applications are considered and decisions on determining winners are made as applications are received. Maximum project size is RUB 300 million, and co-financing should be at least 20%.
