Peaceful UAVs
Today, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan hosted a presentation of civilian products manufactured by AO ENICS. The company specialises in R&D activities in the field of natural and technical sciences. ENICS produces unmanned aerial vehicle systems for various purposes. The main activity is serial deliveries, development, production of UAVs and aerial decoy systems for various purposes and of various complexity.
At the meeting, the Eleron family of unmanned aerial vehicle systems for close-in and medium range were presented. They are designed for round-the-clock aerial electro-optic surveillance and are equipped with a flight data dynamic forecast system, drop containers, and much more.
The main functions that such UAVs can perform are condition control of motor and railway trunk roads, condition control of oil and gas pipelines and power transmission lines, environmental monitoring, mapping and aerial photography, fish reconnaissance and monitoring of fishing, monitoring of GSM communication networks and much more.
Noting the importance of such cooperation, Minister of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan Albert Karimov said: “We are faced with the task set by the President of Russia to diversify the products of enterprises working with State defence orders. Civilian output should reach up to 50%. Therefore, this development and proposals are especially relevant for our consideration.”
