The Kazan National Research Technological University is launching additional vocational programmes to improve the skills of employees at oil, gas, and chemical enterprises and university lecturers.
The projects are absolutely free for its listeners – as part of the grants received, the government subsidises the costs of implementing programmes. One of the projects is aimed at improving the skills of employees in sectoral enterprises, as well as all interested citizens, in one or more of 17 additional vocational programmes.
Training for all announced programmes will be organised in full-time and distance formats: half the time, students will study in person, and the other half using distance learning technologies. The trainings will be held by highly qualified professors, associate professors, and current experts of enterprises and organisations. The programmes will be implemented both at KNRTU and on the customers’ grounds.
The petrochemical sector programmes could also be attended by people with higher and secondary vocational education who wish to expand their competencies, gain basic knowledge in new fields, ensure career growth, or change jobs.
