State Council Working Group for Energy

A meeting of the Energy Working Group of the Russian Federation State Council was held today at the Energy Centre of the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO, chaired by Governor of Kemerovo Oblast and Head of the Energy Working Group Sergey Tsivilev.

The meeting discussed the implementation of the Federal Law No. 279-FZ of July 29, 2017 “On Amendments to Federal Law on Heat Supply”, and the issues of support mechanisms for attracting private investment in retrofitting heat supply facilities and improving heat consumption efficiency in apartment buildings.

From Tatarstan, it was attended by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan Albert Karimov. He made a presentation on “Maintaining (Restoring) Heat Supply to Consumers between CHP and Boiler Houses. Creating Systemic Conditions for Rehabilitation and Retrofitting of Heating Networks”.
