13 June 2018, Wednesday

On June 12, there was a presentation of the joint development by the NAMI Research Centre and the KAMAZ, a M2 category small-class Sh.A.T.L. (Widely Adaptive Transport Logistics) driverless electric bus.

The vehicle is intended for the transportation of passengers on hard-surface roads, using data from digital maps, navigation systems, and technical vision organs; it is a 12-seater capable of reaching speeds of up to 25 kilometres per hour.

The Sh.A.T.L. was demonstrated in static and dynamic states on a special track along the bank of the Kazanka River.
