On 7 May 2009, a meeting was held between Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov and Mayor of Managua (Republic of Nicaragua) Alexis Arguello. The parties exchanged information and discussed possible lines of cooperation.

On 28 April, 2009 in the Ministry of Industry and Trade the Deputy Minister Linar Latypov met the Project Manager of Economic Cooperation and Integration Division of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe Mr. Hans Jansen. The parties exchanged the information and discussed the cooperation issues.

On April, 24th, 2009 the minister of the industry and trade РТ Равиль Зарипов has taken part in a meeting of the President of Tatarstan Mintimer Shaymiev with the Prime minister of the Free state Saxony Stanislav Tillihom.

On April, 24th, 2009 in Kazan the minister of the industry and trade РТ Равиль Зарипов has held the fourth session of Joint tatarstansko-Saxon working group, the past within the limits of visit in РТ delegations of the Free state Saxony. Works have been summed up and directions of the further cooperation are planned.

On April, 24th, 2009 the minister of the industry and trade РТ Равиль Зарипов has taken part in opening ceremony of the Tatarstansko-Saxon business forum. Action has passed with participation of Prime minister РТ of Rustama Minnikhanov and the Prime minister of Saxony Stanislav Tilliha.

On April, 23rd, 2009 the minister of the industry and trade РТ Равиль Зарипов has visited Open Society "КАМАЗ" and ОЭЗ «Алабуга» within the limits of the visit schedule to Tatarstan delegations of the Free state Saxony led by Prime minister Stanislav Tillihom.

On April, 23rd, 2009 the minister of the industry and trade РТ Равиль Зарипов has taken part in a meeting of the head of the government of Republic Tatarstan of Rustama Minnikhanov with the Prime minister of the Free state Saxony Stanislav Tillihom.

On April, 24th in the Big conference hall «the Grandee hotel Kazan» will take place opening of the Tatarstansko-Saxon business forum of representatives of business circles of Saxony and Republic Tatarstan. With a salutatory word to participants Prime minister РТ R.N.Minnihanov and the Prime minister of Saxony S.Tillih will address.

On April 16, 2009 the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan R. Zaripov met the delegation from Shandong of People’s Republic of China headed by Mr. Song Yuanfang, Mayor of Liaocheng City. The Parties exchanged the views and discussed the promising areas of cooperation between the two regions.
