On 26 March 2010 Minister Zaripov met Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Ireland in Russian Federation Philip McDonagh. The parties exchanged the information and discussed the organizational questions pertaining to visit of President of Ireland Mary McAleese to the Republic of Tatarstan planned for the 1st half of the September 2010.

On 16-18 March 2010 in Kazan took place Tatarstan-German symposium “Efficient Energy Saving for Oil, Chemical and oil-processing Industry”

On 16 March 2010 in the Ministry of Industry and Trade the Protocol of Intentions for development of cooperation between General Electric (GE) and the enterprises and organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan through the assistance of Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan

On 9 March 2010 the meeting with the representatives of Embassy of Canada in Russian Federation took place in Ministry and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was hosted by the Deputy Minister Oleg Vlasov. The parties exchanged the information and discussed the possible lines of cooperation.

On 5 March 2010 Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Zaripov met the delegation from the Free State of Saxony headed by the Deputy Minister of Economy, Labor and Transport Alexander zu Hohenlohe. The parties signed the Protocol pertained to further measures for establishment of Competence Centre for mechanical engineering/production technologies in Tatarstan.

On February 26, 2010 the delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan, headed by the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Muratov, returned from the Kyrgyz Republic. Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Zaripov participated in the visit.

On 26 February, 2010 the meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Mexican States to the Russian Federation Alfredo Pérez Bravo was held in the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was hosted by the Deputy Minister Artur Fatykhov. The Parties exchanged the information, discussed the promising lines of cooperation.

On 19 February, 2010 the Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Oleg Vlasov chaired the meeting with the representatives of OOO McDonalds and companies of the Republic of Tatarstan. The Parties discussed possible conditions and lines of cooperation.

On 17 February, 2010 the meeting with the representatives of Italian furniture company Calligaris was held in the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was chaired by the Deputy Minister Artur Fatykhov, the representatives of trading companies working on the market of furniture participated at the meeting.

On 10-11 February 2010 the delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan, headed by the Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan Ravil Zaripov, made a working visit to Turkmenistan. The delegation visited ministries and organizations, discussed promising lines of cooperation.
