Today, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan hosted a meeting between Minister Karimov and Minister of Communications and Information of Tatarstan Ayrat Khairullin.
The main topics of discussion were the support measures envisaged within the framework of the “Digital Technology” federal project as part of the Digital Economy National Programme. In particular, they talked about the implementation of road maps in several areas of the economy and the trilateral interaction of the government, businesses, and the Digital Economy Autonomous Non-Profit Organisation.
The priority task for the Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade is fostering the activities of Russian companies developing digital platforms and software products with an aim of creating and developing high-tech industrial goods.
At the federal level, partial compensation is envisaged for the expenses associated with the development of digital platforms and software products (no more than 50%).
“The support mechanisms are important, first of all, to be understood, realised, and started applying by our enterprises”, said Albert Karimov at the meeting.
