Within the framework of the Tatarstan delegation’s business programme at the Innoprom 2019 International Industrial Trade Fair, several working meetings with officials took place.
So, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Minister of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan Albert Karimov met today with Minister of Industry and Technology of Turkey Mustafa Varank.
The participants to the meeting noted the interest of Tatarstan in the development of trade and economic relations with the Republic of Turkey. Turkey is one of the leading foreign economic partners of our republic; many intensive business contacts are established as of today. In Tatarstan, various Turkish business projects are being successfully implemented, and many Turkish enterprises are operating.
Also within the framework of the exhibition, the Tatarstan delegation had a meeting with Director General of the Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company Andrey Kozitsyn. The parties discussed issues and further development of mutual cooperation.
Another significant event today was the meeting between representatives of Tatarstan and CEO of Coşkunöz Holding Erdem Acay, where the parties also discussed the prospects for a joint partnership.

On July 7, Minister of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan Albert Karimov arrived in the Sverdlovskaya Oblast to visit the Innoprom 2019 International Industrial Trade Fair, which takes place in Yekaterinburg from July 8 to July 11, 2019.
The tenth, anniversary exhibition of Innoprom 2019 will be held this year at the new Congress Centre as part of the Yekaterinburg EXPO IEC. The theme of the exhibition is “Digitalisation: Integrated Solutions”. International participants at the exhibition include industrial enterprises from Germany, Japan, Italy, China, Switzerland, Korea, the EEC countries, and others. The partner country is the Republic of Turkey.
The business programme of the Tatarstan delegation headed by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov began on July 8 with a tour of the exhibition pavilions, where about 600 companies (of which more than 200 foreign enterprises) presented their products. The delegation examined the exhibition of the Republic of Turkey, the pavilion of which featured over 40 companies. Russia was represented by pavilions of such enterprises as Rostec, ChTPZ, UGMK, Laser Centre and others.
Another important event of this day was the signing of a mutual cooperation agreement between RariTEK Holding and Gazinvestproekt on the development of the gas-engine market in the Tyumenskaya Oblast.
