The delivery of helicopters under this contract was made possible largely owing to the Agreement on Trade and Economic, Scientific and Technology, Social and Cultural Cooperation between Tuva and Tatarstan. The document was signed in Kyzyl in 2016 by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Head of the Republic of Tuva Sholban Kara-ool.

Employees of the Kazan Helicopters took part in a business game, which became an in-site stage for skills diagnostics of company's employees, as part of a comprehensive project for building a systemic work with young people. The correspondence stage consisted in questioning and filling in an online checklist.
A total of 45 workers from various workshops and departments were tested on a business simulator. This is a strategic game, according to the rules of which teams develop their corporations. Throughout the game, participants face various external destabilising factors: crises, needs for credits, etc. A winner is the team that has created the most efficient corporation.
Based on the results of the two stages of diagnostics, the Rostec Academy will determine the level of promotion and manifestation of corporate skills and make a detailed conclusion with recommendations on the future professional development of each employee.
The mission of the Rostec’s Young Professionals programme is to form an overall system for working with youth at its companies. The programme’s key elements are the identification and development of high-potential employees, technology leaders capable of initiating, launching, and maintaining relevant projects.
