Today, Minister Karimov held a meeting with representatives of AO TEMPO, with its main topic focused on government support measures for production in Tatarstan.
The parties discussed issues of informing enterprises about existing support measures, as well as the opportunities of participation in federal and regional support programmes in 2019-2022, including the federal industrial park support programme.
The support of exporters in Russia is carried out within the framework of the national project titled “International Cooperation and Exports”. The lead agency for enterprises in Tatarstan is the Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade.
The representative of the Tatarstan Ministry of Economy also informed TEMPO about measures to support small and medium-sized businesses, which include financial, property, information, and consulting support through infrastructure facilities. These activities are carried out within the framework of the national project titled “SMEs and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives”.
TEMPO Holding is a group of companies that have developed and are producing a wide range of products in various areas. Each enterprise of the holding company is independent and manufactures products for various sectors of the economy: electrical products, automotive components, steel structures, and much more.
Today, Minister Karimov held a meeting with representatives of the V.A. Belugin Centre for Digital Economy, whose experts made presentations of their projects to increase labour productivity at enterprises in Tatarstan.
Projects under the conditional name of “Software and Hardware Package for Planning and Monitoring Production Processes” have been implemented at republic’s industrial enterprises since 2017.
Such a system helps to increase labour productivity by 20%-40% due to the introduction of digital economy elements at enterprises.
At the meeting, positive feedback was received on this programme from representatives of other republic’s ministries and agencies. In the future, it is planned to compile recommendations on the use of this system in the interests of the republic.
The V.A. Belugin Centre for Digital Economy was opened at the KNRTU-KAI in 2017. The mission of the Centre is to introduce the full life cycle system of the Digital Enterprise into the companies’ activities.
The Association for the Development of Clusters and Technology Parks of Russia continues to work on the development of industrial and technology infrastructure in Russian regions, including that intended for small and medium-sized businesses. Experts of the Association, jointly with the Institute of Knowledge Economy have developed the educational programme titled “Industrial Technoparks: Creation and Operational Management” to be held from July 15 to July 26, 2019.
The programme was developed within the framework of the SME Business and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiative national project and for the implementation of the federal project titled “Acceleration of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses”.
Participation in the educational programme is opened for representatives of executive authorities in the field of economic and industrial policies, SME support infrastructure organisations, managers and experts at management companies of technology parks and industrial technoparks, as well as representatives of large and medium-sized businesses interested in the development of traditional industrial sites from an industrial technopark pattern.
