Three new projects were added to the investment catalogue of Nizhnekamsk. The business initiatives were discussed within the framework of the 11th Investment Council held with the participation of Nizhnekamsk Mayor Aydar Metshin.
The first project is related to the production of equipment for the construction of industrial enterprises and their overhaul (Iron Industry Company). This is the production of pipe assemblies, and the manufacture of supporting metalworks for overpasses, buildings, and structures.
The second project was presented by an enterprise manufacturing electric appliances for ventilation and smoke exhaust systems (KEMA). Such products will saturate the domestic market with quality goods for the needs of local consumers.
The last project deals with the environmental component: production of packaging from post-consumer waste to replace plastic containers (Aquatar). In the first instance, the company intends to supply its products to egg producers.
As of now, the investment catalogue of the Nizhnekamsk PSEDA features 55 facilities of various kinds with a total investment of RUB 43 billion and 7,500 new jobs. All projects are accompanied and supported by municipal structures.
