The 7th Festival “Our Time - Beznen Zaman” was discussed today at a briefing with the participation of Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan Almaz Khusainov, Deputy Minister of Youth Affairs Timur Suleymanov, festival’s General Producer Dmitry Tumanov, Director at the Traffic Safety Establishment Rifkat Minnikhanov, Executive Director at the Culture Development Support Foundation under the Tatarstan President Nuriya Khashimova, Deputy Chairman of the Tatarstan Federation of Trade Unions, and others.

With an aim of uncovering the creative potential of young people working in republic’s enterprises and organisations, the “Our Time - Beznen Zaman” Republic’s Annual Open TV Festival of Working Youth has been held in Tatarstan with the support from Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov since 2013. This year, the festival dedicated to the “Year of Blue Collar” was kicked off on March 1, 2019 after the meeting of the Festival’s active participants with the Tatarstan President.

The teams at the festival are composed of working young people aged 18 to 35 (inclusive), for whom the participation in the contest programme is not a professional activity. The festival contributes to the formation of team spirit among young people, the strengthening of creative ties between republic’s organisations, and the professional consolidation of working youth.
