In the course of the International Industrial Exhibition Innoprom 2017 to be held on July 10-13 in Yekaterinburg, Tatarstan will present its “Made in Tatarstan” project, an informational Internet portal dedicated to the industrial potential and key enterprises of the republic.

The event will be attended by representatives of Tatarstan’s ministries and agencies, as well as major enterprises such as KAMAZ, Tatneft, ICL KME CS, and others.

At the moment, the website features eight industries and 70 enterprises. The mission of the project is to promote products manufactured by the republic’s companies in foreign markets.

In addition to the guests from Tatarstan, the event will be attended by leading domestic and foreign companies presenting the latest technologies, innovative projects, and developments in various industries. An important part of the event will be a business forum, which includes plenary sessions, round table discussions, business meetings, negotiations, presentations, and master classes with leading experts, well-known businessmen and scientists, politicians, representatives of big business, and interested investors from Russia and other countries.

In addition, Russian President Vladimir Putin is expected to visit this year’s Innoprom exhibition in Yekaterinburg for the first time.

A comprehensive compliance audit has been completed at the Kastamonu woodworking company in the SEZ Alabuga. Based on the audit results, the company was given the highest rating and assigned category A, “The Reliable Supplier”.

The audit was conducted by experts of TMS RUS, the exclusive representative of the German Group TÜV SÜD in EEU, and was initiated by Leroy Merlin (France).

The audit verified the company's compliance with such international standards as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, availability of regulatory documents, conditions of incoming, intermediate, and final quality control of products, storage conditions, warehousing rules, availability of product conformity and quality management system certificates.

Compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001 indicates a certain level of supplier’s reliability and responsibility of the company in relation to consumers of its products, partners, suppliers, and the company’s employees. The ISO 14001 standard is responsible for setting up the environmental management system at the enterprise. OHSAS 18001 is a standard that contains requirements and guidelines for the development and implementation of occupational health and safety management systems.
