On 13 October 2014, Nizhnekamsk All-Steel Tyre Plant produced a 2-millionth all-steel tyre.
Today, the Nizhnekamsk All Steel Tires Plant manufactures 54 tyre products for all types of trucks, buses and semi-trailers, of which 25 are produced by off-take system for a Europe-based company including products under the premium brand.On 14 October 2014, the Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade hosted the meeting with the delegation from the Aktobe Region headed by Deputy Akim (Head) of the Aktobe Region, Kazakhstan, Gali Iskaliyev.
During the meeting, parties discussed issues of bilateral cooperation in several areas, including petrochemical industry, mechanical engineering, forestry, and personnel training.On 10 October 2014, employees of the Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade took part in the environmental event ‘Day of Tree Planting’.
The mission of the event is both to reproduce forest resources of the republic, to increase citizens’ awareness to environment and to attract public attention to the problems of green belt preservation.
During the event, employees planted 2500 trees.On 9 October 2014, the delegation from Tatarstan attended the WestKazInvest 2014 International Business Forum in Uralsk, Kazakhstan.
The main mission of the Forum is to extend cooperation between business structures and to share opinions on prospects of the further integration.On 9 October 2014, within the framework of his official mission to Denmark, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with executives of Haldor Topsoe. The parties discussed issues of further cooperation in the sphere of petrochemical industry and implementation of new technologies at oil processing enterprises.
During the meeting, parties discussed opportunities of organising training process for students of relevant universities in Tatarstan and for experts of petrochemical industry at training centres of Haldor Topsoe.On 9 October 2014, Tatarstan Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Rashat Fattakhov chaired the meeting with the Representative Offices of Tatarstan abroad and in Russia’s entities. The meeting was attended by officials of several ministries and agencies of the republic.
During the meeting, parties discussed topical issues of current activities of the Tatarstan Representative Offices abroad and in Russia’s entities and the tasks they are entrusted with in the spheres of trade, economic, and investment cooperation.On 9 October 2014, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov delivered the Address to the Tatarstan State Council on internal and foreign affairs of the republic.
Tatarstan President advised the Council about the progress in republic’s economic, social, and cultural spheres and emphasised areas for Tatarstan development.Production volume of OAO POZIS increased during 9 months by 6.5% y-o-y.
Refrigerating appliances production volume increased almost by 2% over three quarters of the current year as compared the period from January to September 2013. Increase in exports of refrigerating appliances was 34.6% after 9 months of 2014.
