On 11 November 2015, the Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade hosted the meeting between Tatarstan First Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Ruslan Kabirov and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Djibouti to Russia Mohamed Ali Kamil.
During the meeting, the parties made presentations of the industrial and investment potential of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Republic of Djibouti and discussed promising areas for cooperation in machine building, construction, tourism, and agriculture.
Within the framework of his stay in the Tatarstan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Djibouti to Russia Mohamed Ali Kamil visited Kamaz and KIP-Master in Naberezhnye Chelny.
On 10 November 2015, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov attended the meeting between Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and President of Haldor Topsøe Bjerne Clausen.
Within the framework of the meeting, the agreements were signed between Haldor Topsøe and the Kazan Federal University, as well as between Haldor Topsøe and the Kazan State Technological University.
On 10 November 2015, the meeting of the Interagency Working Group on Implementing the Federal Legislation in the Tatarstan in the sphere of Security at Fuel and Energy Complex Facilities was held in the Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade under the chairmanship of Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov.
The Working Group comprised representatives of the Tatarstan Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Volga Federal Service Administration for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision, the Tatarstan Ministry of Civil Defence and Emergency Situations, the Tatarstan Antiterrorism Commission and Operations Staff, the Tatarstan Ministry of Interior, the Tatarstan Department of Federal Security Service, and large facilities of the Tatarstan fuel and energy complex.
On 10 November 2015, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov attended the meeting of the Board of Directors of OAO Tatneftekhiminvest-holding chaired by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov.
Basic enterprises of the Tatarstan petrochemical complex earned RUB 136.6 billion of profits in the period of January to September this year.
It was stated during the meeting of the Board of Directors that the production output of petrochemical enterprises has increased by 1.7%.
On 10 November 2015, the first meeting of the Tatarstan Anti-Corruption Effort Coordination Commission was held under the chairmanship of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov. The meeting was attended by Tatarstan State Councillor Mintimer Shaimiev, Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov, Tatarstan State Council Chairman Farid Mukhametshin, top officials from the Tatarstan ministries and agencies, public activists and representatives of religious communities.
Rustam Minnikhanov signed the decree transforming the anti-corruption council into the commission in accordance with the Russian President Vladimir Putin’s decree dated 13 October.
On 10 November 2015, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov bestowed International Prize named after Andrei Tupolev to Doctor of Engineering Science, Professor, Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Director General of the All-Russian Institute of Aviation Materials Yevgeny Kablov. Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov attended the official awarding ceremony that was held at the Governor’s Palace, the Kazan Kremlin.
10 November 2015 was the last day of the open internet voting for choosing the winners of All-Russian contests of implemented projects in energy saving, energy efficiency and energy development ‘ENES 2015’ and mass media, press services of the fuel and energy sector companies and regional administrations ‘MediaTEK’.
Awarding ceremony of contests’ winners will be held from 19 to 21 November 2015 during the 4th International Forum on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving ENES-2015 in Moscow.
On 9 November 2015, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade Ravil Zaripov attended the meeting of the Council for Monitoring Situation in Turnover of Alcoholic and Alcohol-Containing Products in Tatarstan that was chaired by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov.
In Tatarstan, during 9 months of 2015, 973 cases of alcoholic intoxication occurred and 274 people died from alcoholic intoxication.
On 8 November 2015, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov saluted the Kamaz Master team prior to the start of Dakar rally 2016. The event was held at the team’s truck testing site adjacent to Naberezhnye Chelny.
This year, 4 Russian crews will participate in the Dakar rally. The start will be given on 2 January 2016 in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
On 3 November 2015, the winners awarding ceremony of the contest ‘Best Goods and Services of the Republic of Tatarstan’ in the new category ‘For Invaluable Contribution to Development of Quality Product and Services Rendered’ was held within the framework of the Standards Day and the Quality Day. The ceremony was attended by Tatarstan Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Rashat Fattakhov.
