Workshop on implementing national labour productivity project

On October 12, KAMAZ saw a workshop for executives of Tatarstan enterprises on the implementation of the “Labour Productivity and Employment Support” project with the participation of Minister of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan Albert Karimov, Director General at Federal Competence Centre for Labour Productivity Nikolay Solomon, and Director General at KAMAZ Corporation Sergey Kogogin.

Minister Karimov opened the event noting that the key objective at the moment is the annual 5% increase in labour productivity in large and midsize businesses of non-resource sectors of the economy.

Nikolai Solomon described the main benefits of the national project entitled “Labour Productivity and Employment Support” in more detail. The task of the Federal Competence Centre is to create a resource at federal and regional levels that would contribute to enhancing labour productivity through the formation of uniform methods and approaches, dissemination of knowledge, training and creation of core competencies, development and implementation of standard solutions and best international practices.

Further, the workshop dealt with case of digital transformation at KAMAZ, the practice of implementing works at the Zelenodolsk Shipyard and Ak Bars Metal.
