Tatarstan Oil, Gas & Petrochemicals Forum 2018 started in Kazan

Today, Kazan saw the opening of one of the largest international events in the Russia’s oil and gas industry, the Tatarstan Oil, Gas & Petrochemicals Forum. The opening ceremony was attended by Head of the Federal Service for Technical, Environmental, and Nuclear Supervision Aleksey Aleshin, Deputy Minister of Energy of Russia Anton Inyutsin, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan Albert Karimov, President of the Russia’s Union of Oil & Gas Producers Gennady Shmal, and other officials.

This year, the Forum brought together four major industry-specific exhibition projects, the International Specialised Exhibition “Oil, Gas. Petrochemicals”, the Specialised Exhibition “Eco-Technologies and Equipment of the 21st Century”, the Specialised Exhibition “GEO-Kazan: Geologic Exploration. Survey. Mapping”, and the International Specialised Exhibition of Plastics and Rubbers “Interplastica Kazan 2018”.

The Forum is attended by over 160 exhibitors from Russia and foreign countries. The exhibition displays cutting-edge technologies, innovative equipment, and latest developments by polymer companies from Austria, Holland, Italy, China, Poland, and Russia.

The business programme of the Forum is declared to be very informative. Three days will be rich in conferences, round table discussions, business meetings with participation of republic’s top officials.
